Our President has more than 25 years of successful experience in Private Equity investments.
He worked for more than 20 years at the Alpha Private Equity Funds, where he served as a Partner for more than 10 years. He invested in companies in France, Switzerland, Germany and the Benelux. He successfully bought and exited from companies in business services, industrial and construction-related businesses, telecommunications and more marginally specialised retail and consumer goods.
More recently, he served for ca. 4 years as Co-CEO of Luxempart, a Luxembourg-based listed evergreen investment company, that is controlled by three families. In this role, he repositioned its portfolio of third-party private equity funds, streamlined and redeployed the portfolio of direct PE and listed investments, and has successfully positioned Luxempart as direct investor on the French market.
